Join us via Zoom on the first Monday of each month at Noon Mountain for a one-hour leadership experience grounded in core values and real-world application. Each session offers reflection, learning, and connection to help you lead with courage, clarity, and humanity—one month at a time.
We offer this lesson free of charge but ask that you register in advance. Join us one time or every time – it’s up to you!
January 5 — Vision & Goal Setting for Your Year Ahead Begin the year by setting aligned goals and mapping your personal and leadership priorities.
February 2 — Courage: Brave Choices, Clear Conversations Explore how courage fuels trust, decision-making, and innovation. Practice brave conversations, truth-telling, and stepping forward even when uncertain.
March 2 — Kindness: Compassionate Leadership in a Busy World Kindness is a strategic advantage. Learn how to lead with empathy, reduce unnecessary conflict, and create relationally strong teams.
April 6 — Adventure: Embracing Curiosity, Play, and Experimentation Shift from perfection to exploration. Learn how an adventure mindset opens creativity, reduces fear, and supports adaptive leadership.
May 4 — Service: Leading with Purpose and Generosity Reconnect to the “why” behind your work. Explore purpose, community impact, and what service-based leadership looks like day to day.
June 1 — Humor: Lightening the Load & Leading with Levity Humor creates connection, ease, and resilience. Learn how to use appropriate levity to build trust, reduce stress, and spark team creativity.
July 6 — Joy: Joyful Leadership & Sustainable Energy Discover the leadership skill of joy. Explore how joy strengthens relationships, increases performance, and fuels long-term wellbeing.
August 3 — Integrity: Aligning Actions, Values, and Decisions Integrity creates consistency, clarity, and trust. Explore how to stay aligned during stress and how to lead with grounded presence.
September 8 (Tuesday!) — Resilience: Returning to Center in Times of Pressure Build tools for emotional regulation, recovery, and bouncing forward. Learn practices that create stability in chaotic seasons.
October 5 — Connection: Building Trust, Belonging & Strong Relationships Meaningful connection is the backbone of effective leadership. Explore vulnerability, relational skills, and building trust.
November 2 — Gratitude: Leadership Through Appreciation & Perspective Gratitude builds resilience, happiness, and collaboration. Learn to shift from scarcity to abundance and cultivate gratitude habits in work and life.
December 7 — Year-End Reflection, Integration & Celebration Gather insights from the year, celebrate growth, and close 2026 with intention. Set the foundation for a grounded and meaningful 2027.
